Another popular in Japan is yakisoba which means “fried buckwheat”. Yakisoba is made by stirring fried the noodles with vegetables, pork, and yakisoba sauce, pickled ginger, seaweed powder, fish flakes, and Japanese mayonnaise.


Tonkatsu

Tonkatsu is slices of pork that is breaded and deep fried. It is normally served as a set meal together with shredded cabbage, rice, and miso soup.
